Enrolment Details
Please send the following:
- Completed enrolment form
- A 25% deposit or full fees
- A photograph of yourself
Full payment of fees must be paid no later than four weeks before the course commences. Immediate payment in full is required on late bookings.
We accept payment by either :
- International Bank Transfer
- A Pounds Sterling cheque drawn on a British Bank
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT
Payment of course fees. A deposit of 25% of the total course should be paid on booking a course. The full fee is payable no less than four weeks before the start date of the course. Courses that have not been paid for are subject to cancellation.
Cancellations We require that any cancellations or changes to the course are made in writing.
Cancellations before the final balance is due will result in a loss of the 25% deposit fee. Cancellations between 28 and 15 days from the start date will incur an 80% loss of fees and with 14 days a 100% loss.
There will be no refunds if students arrive late or leave the course early.
Further information Upon receipt of full fees a welcome letter with information about the teacher, the family and necessary travel instructions will be sent to you.
Insurance Arun English does not insure students against cancellation charges, accidents, theft or loss of personal belongings. We recommend that students take out a personal insurance. Neither Arun English nor teachers accepting students from Arun English accept responsibility for any injury or damage to persons or property of participants during the course.
